Villa Laura Marie is located in Mongerbino 25 km from Palermo in a strategic point to reach other towns and sites of artistic and cultural interest (Monreale,Cefalù, Solunto, Bagheria ).Agrigento and its temples are one hour away. It is also near seaports like Porticello and Aspra great for buying fish.
The house has a very big terrace which is divided into two parts; one side is exposed to the sun and a beautiful view of Capo Zafferano and the other side is protected by an awning. The inside of the house has been remodelled and has a big and very sunny living room, a kitchen, master bedroom and two other bedrooms; it has a bathroom with a shower.
