This exclusive double holiday house is a traditional stone village house, dating from 1883, and has been fully restored in 2002. It's divided in 2 separate houses, the Karolina-house and the Kadiani-house.
Each house has its own separate roof-terrace so that enough privacy is guaranteed for its occupants. The common pergola is the perfect meeting place for the guests.
The authentic charm and its unique position in Pitsidia's centre, gives this house a picturesque character. The combination of the sun, the sea, the beach and the Cretan culture is the biggest trump card of this region.
 

This exclusive house of Cretan tradition is completely restored with eye for detail. It 's charming and comfortably fitted out and it offers all the conveniences for 3–4 persons.
Thanks to the air-conditioning, the double-glazing and the thick walls, the temperature remains always pleasant.
The living room with a single bed, the kitchen and the bathroom constitute the ground floor. The magnificent open fireplace is preserved. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric cooker, oven, refrigerator, etc..
The large bathroom has a bath.
Stairs lead from the living room to the first floor where a spacious bedroom with a double bed is to be found. From here you have access to 2 spacious terraces on the roof (+/-45 sq.m.+30 sq.m.), where you can enjoy an open view on the mountains and the plain of Messara. In the morning you have the most magnificent sunrise up here. Those who like the tranquillity in an environment of style, will certainly have a great time over here.

This house consists of 2 separate buildings. In between there is a large pergola that links them together. The kitchen is situated in the smaller building and has been completely renovated recently. It's fully equipped with an electric cooker, oven, refrigerator, ... In the other building you will find the living room, a separate bedroom and the bathroom.
The living room offers sleeping-accommodation for 2 persons (2 single beds). A few steps higher you will find the big bedroom with a double bed. The adjoining bathroom has a shower.
Thanks to the air-conditioning, the high ceilings, the thick walls and the double-glazing, the internal temperature remains always enjoyable. The outside stairs lead to a roof terrace of 30 sq.m., from where you have a magnificent view on the internal mountains of Crete.
