You need to lay down a guarantee of Eur 300 on arrival. You will get it back (all or part of) on departure, after having checked the house.
The Expenses are to be paid according the consumption on departure. Expenses are: water, electricity, heating, local tax, and the cleanup of the house which amounts to Eur 70 (mandatory).
Animals: one dog is allowed upon request (Eur 1,50 per day).
You have to bring: sheets, towels.
Price for week-end: between Eur 300 and Eur 450.
