The guests may enjoy either the park (from June through September) or the panoramic 12mx4m swimming pool. Nearby there are various riding grounds and tennis courts and at about 20 km., the enchanting Lago di Bracciano places at the disposal of those who love water sports and fishing, suitable facilities. Rome is less than 20 km away and is easily reachable either by automobile or public transportation. The residence is furnished with a well cared for and comfortable furniture and is accessible through a double entrance: from the villa’s garden and from the private panoramic terrace furnished with garden furniture and wood-burning oven

Chalet 'casetta dell'oleandro' for 4 persons (Ref. 8278P1U3) The Oleander tiny-house is an independent pretty apartment in the middle of the olive grove of the property, just renovated and with air conditioned.
Its about 60 mq are divided in a dinette kitchen overlooking the splendid valley, spacious living room, bedroom with closet and bathroom. The well kept interior decoration is for people preferring sophisticated atmosphere to the country style.
The Oleander tiny house has a large equipped terrace among olives trees with a breathtaking view.

The deposit s € 200 and final tidy up € 40. On request and with advance notice, is possible to have mid week tidy ups. Depending on the availability of the owners, it is possible to dine at the villa or at pool’s side.
Just outside Rome the enchanting Country-House , name given from the wide rose garden situated at the foot of the encircling vast park, with its architecture it is no way inferior to the antique seventeenth-century Tuscan Mansion.
The House has spacious state rooms all with antique furniture and knick-knocks made from the lady of the house. She owns, infact, together with her daughter-in-law an artisan workshop just located inside the property where decoration classes on demand are given.
Besides a b&b service in two exclusive rooms with terrace and private bathroom the property has a comfortable dependence: the Wistaria and the Oleander tiny houses.
The wide garden with forest century-hold trees has a large panoramic swimming pool, a 360 degrees gaze is guaranteed: Rome in the distance, Morlupo – the medieval village and the Abruzzo’s mountains.
The Country-House has a strategic location. The vicinity of Rome allow you to enjoy its cultural offers avoiding the inconveniences such as pollution, traffic and chaos.
Rome is well reached from the village by train and buses but is wise to rent a car: you would miss the interesting archaeological close area, the Veio and the Treia natural park, or you would miss the amusing water sport at the near Bracciano lake.
Twenty years ago the masters of the House chose this valley as their home because in love with it and they will be always available and helpful to visit the natural and cultural beauty of the surrounding and happy to share with you their enthusiasm for this land.
