The first floor apartment (sqm 95) consists of:
-living room with kitchenette and fireplace
-two double bedrooms with bathroom; they overlook Mount Cetona and Città della Pieve with their woods and cultivated fields. The bedrooms are equipped with tester bed and writing desk (in a separate corner). Walls are distempered. The bathrooms have bath and shower, the walls are tessellated
-one bedroom with two single beds; the room overlooks the garden and the vineyard.
The walls are painted with stripes; the bathroom is provided with shower.
