Kamari Village is a group of exclusive, privately owned villas, of 1, 2 or 3 bdrms each, ALL WITH, either their own private swimming pool, or their own private outdoor spa-Jacuzzi. Comfort along with privacy, in a quiet atmosphere, far away from city life.
Villas are rented on a self-catering basis.
We are situated on the Southwest coast of Naxos island, 17kms from town, on a secluded hillside overlooking the sea and the island of Paros. Wonderful views & a 10 mns walk to some of the best sandy beaches in the island.
There are several tavernas in the area. The closest is a few meters away, right at the bottom of our hill. Many others from 1 to 4kms away.
There are several mini markets within the range of 2 to 5 kms. For more variety and a wider choice of products, you're best to shop in the big super markets in town: 20-25mns by car.
Our area is quiet. CAR RENTAL IS ESSENTIAL, as it affords you mobility, freedom, and access to the rest of our beautiful island, and its many magnificent beaches.
Please note that, considering the high noise pollution factor, and in order to ensure peace and quiet for all, MOTORBIKES ARE NOT ALLOWED on the premises.
 

This villa is one of three detached villas, which are built on a slope, so as not to obstruct each other’s views. Cycladic architecture, white washed walls and blue shutters.
The villa has two bedrooms, one double and one twin. The double bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. There is another shower/WC. Open plan living/dinning/kitchenette. The kitchen has a refrigerator, cooking range and oven, toaster, electric kettle & coffee machine. Hair dryer and radio/CD player. Washing machine.
There is a covered patio with a built-in Bar-B-Q and a small garden, as well as a covered veranda. Patio & veranda are on either side of the house for added privacy. Both have wonderful views to the sea.
Set in the garden, in a secluded corner, is an outdoor spa-Jacuzzi (2m x 1.85m) that seats 4 people.
It is also possible for this villa to have access to a joint swimming pool (8.5 x 5.5.m) and sitting area with sun beds and patio furniture. The use of the pool and sitting area is shared with another two villas.
Capacity: 2-4 persons. Possibility of a 5th person provided that it’s a child.
Cleaning every three days.
