The property is part of the quiet resort of Santa Maria at about 2 km from the medieval Lucignano’s village. Lucignano is settled in the south Tuscany in the Valdichiana region at about 35 km from Siena and 35 km from Arezzo. "Lucignano" with three independent apartments, is part of a bigger "casale". Insides Tuscan tradition style with wood beams ceilings, and cotto tiles floors. Each apartment has private garden and /or private terrace. Outside wide green areas (about 5000 square metres of garden) with swimming pool and view of hills, woods and medieval villages (Lucignano on one side and Rigomagno on the other). Ground floor.

-CANCELLATION
the cancellation from the client for any reason has to be written down and it implies the following penalties:
30% of total amount of rental, for cancellation;
50% of total amount of rental, if the cancellation comes among the 44th and the 30th day before arrival date;
90% of total amount of rental, if the cancellation comes among the 29th and the last day before arrival date;
100% of total amount of rental, if the cancellation comes the arrival day or if the client won’t show up.In case the agency will rent again the just cancelled apartment for the same cancelled period, the client will have to pay just a 15% of the total amount of rental.
