EXTERIOR: The plot of 800 m2 has an extra bathroom outside, an automatic door for the entrance and parking for several vehicles.
The pool is 8x4 and can be light up at night.
LOCATION: Situated in a fantastic area!, Just 400m from the Cala Baladrar with it's crystal clear waters and it's Bar (specialists Mojito, grilled meats and sometimes wing Jazz Live.) Overlooking the Rock of Ifach in Calpe. Near a shopping center, pharmacy, banks ... and the town of Moraira (5 min drive).
