A fixed price for the electricity of 10kwh per day of hiring is understood in rent, the surplus is tariffed in full hour with 0,244 € kWh and in off-peak hour with 0,171 € kWh.
For the stove with pellets, the 1st bag is free, the others are invoicees with 4.50 € the bag.
The guarantee rises with 300 € and to give in cash on arrival and will not be restored at the latest within a period of 1 month after the departure of the tenant, deduction made of the cost of repairing of the places so of degradations were noted.

In the event of cancellation the following costs of cancellation are in application:
+ Annulation enters the moment of the reservation and 43 days (6 weeks) before the date of arrival: 30% of the total price of hiring;
+ Cancellation between 42 days and 15 days (2 weeks) before the date of arrival: 50% of the total price of hiring;
+ Annulation enters 14 days and 8 days (1 week) before the date of arrival: 75% of the total price of hiring;
+ Cancellation 7 days (1 week) before the date of arrival: 100% of the total price of hiring;
In the event of nonpresentation of the customer, will not be carried out to any refunding.

Final cleaning with the request is of 30 €.
Only, the dogs max. 10 kg and the cats are allowed. In the event of nonrespect of this clause by the customer, the financial backer will refuse the stay. In this case, no refunding will be carried out.
