The leaseholder must pay 50 % of the total amount of the rent to confirm the reservation. This will be forfeited in the event of no-show. The rest is payable 30 days before the arrival of the leaseholder. The bank costs are on charge of leaseholder.
During the high season the houses will be rented per week, and obligatory from Saturday to Saturday.

De borg wordt geretourneerd éénmaal de woning is gecontroleerd op eventueel veroorzaakte schade, Indien het geval dan wordt deze van de borg afgehouden om de eigenaars te vergoeden.
Het inchecken van de woning is mogelijk tussen 16.00 h. en 19.00h. En het uitchecken is verplicht voor 10.00 h.
