This beautiful house with its 2 towers is situated just north of the village of Frayssinet-le-Gelat, in the department Lot, at about 30 km north west of Cahors. The house is completely renovated on the ground floor; the other floor has not been arranged yet. The large swimming pool is just next to the house and forms 2 rectangles: the deepest part is 5x9 m and the other part is 4x5 m. All the bedrooms have French windows out on the big terrace on the front of the house, which gives you a magnificent view over the 6 ha of land.
In Frayssinet is a lake for swimming and fishing where you can go by foot. You can also walk to the village where are little shops. Frayssinet is just at the limit of the department Dordogne with all the famous sites: castles, grottos; and of the Lot-et-Garonne where you have to go and visit the medieval villages called bastides.
