This new build villa with swimming pool on a plot of 4000 m2 is situated just outside the medieval village of Villecroze.
Near the plot is a small river. There grows wild lavendel, rosermary and thym. On the plot are pins and oaks.
Around the house is enough flat area, so you can play jeux-de-boules and there is a big trampoline.
The terrace is situated south-west and is partly covered with a bq. When it's getting to hot you can sit behind the house in the shadow.
The swimming pool 5x11m and a depth of maximum 2.2m has a salt water system. No nasty smell of chlorine. A part of the swimming pool has a depth of 0.3m.
The living room is 5x8m and has open doors to the terrace, a wood-stove and radiators. From the kitchen you can look into the living room. The kitchen is well equiped with an induction plate, frige, micro-wave, dish-washer and washing machine.
There are three bedrooms, with in each bedroom a double bed and a his own bathroom. The biggest bedroom downstairs has open doors to the terrace. The two other bedrooms are on the first floor with a balcony. One of the bedrooms has an extra large bed of 2.2m.
The groundfloor, toilet, bedroom and bathroom are arranged for role chair users.
It is possible to place two extra single beds.
The house is situated 1km outside the village of Villecroze, which has a micro climate. That will say, that the weather circumstances deviate favourable. The mistral is less and the temperature during the night is cool, also in the middle of the summer. The village has several good restaurants, bar, bakery, butcher, post-office, vvv, tennis court, park, caves.
The neighbour medieval hill-top village of Tourtour, known as 'le village dans le ciel' (the village in the sky) because of its elevated position and panoramic vieuws Tourtour certainly lives up to its reputation as 'un des plus beaux villages de France'. It is 30 minutes from the breathtaking Gorges du Verdon and the Lac Ste Croix which offer swimming, canoeing and walking and it is about 1 hour from the coast and the stylish resorts of St Tropez, Fréjus, Antibes and Cannes.
Take exit Brignoles (A8), take the D554 to le Val, take the D562 to Carces, in Carces take the D562 to Entrecasteaux/Salernes/Lorgues, take the D31 to Entrecasteaux/Salernes. In Salernes take the D560 direction Draguignan, by the hotel/restaurant "les Esparus" 10km outside Salernes, you have to go to the left D557 direction Villecroze. After "Domaine St Jean" take the second road on your left hand (Chemin des Combes), follow this road until the end, it's the last house of the road.
