This characteristic and cosy "rustico" lies on the smooth hills north-east of Lucca within the tiny hamlet of Valgiano. This is a really beautiful area marked by a typical Tuscan landscape of gentle rolling hills, vineyards and olive groves. Thanks to its mild climate the area may boast a thriving production of excellant wine and olive oil. Clients should not miss a drive along the "the wine route" where there are plenty of farms which sells their well known wines ("Colline Lucchesi") and their delicious olive oil directly.
This place will also suit ideally those who like to take walks or have a bike ride in the countryside: winding roads climbing gently uphills amidst vineyards or cropped lands will offer the perfect scenary for any outdoor activities. Though located in a rural area, the house is also a good base for exploring the famous art cities of Tuscany like nearby Lucca, Pisa and Florence.
The house has a beautiful little garden (roughly 200 sqm) with a lovely, in-ground swimming pool (7 x 4m / 120cm deep) which is to share among the two other houses of the property. The holiday home is on the ground floor and comprisese: a spacious living room with high ceilings, couch and 1 double bed settee, dining table, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet. 3 steps lead to the kitchen with stove, fridge/freezer, coffee-machine. From the living room a few steps higher: 1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom from you which you have breathtaking views.
