The property "Cafaggiolo" is located along the road between Volterra and San Gimignano. This is a really beautiful area marked by a typical Tuscan landscape of gentle rolling hills, vineyards and olive groves and dotted with ancient villas and churches.
Cafaggiolo has been completely renovated and refurbished with great love and skill by the owner. The property comprises two spacious apartments and an independent "rustico". The property has extensive lands (13 hectares) and a spacious garden with century-old trees. Here guests have a beautiful swimming pool (partly in-ground, sized 12 m x 5.80 m, deep: 1.40m) available for communal use. In addition, each apartment has its own outdoor allotted area with a table, chairs, sun-umbrella, deckchairs and a barbeque for dini g al fresco. The apartment "Cafaggiolo Due Archi" is composed of: external stairway to the 1st floor and entrance into a living room, 1 armchair, fire-place, SAT-TV, kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee-machine, 1 double bedroom with 1 additional bed, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet. Beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled floors, simple furnishings but convenient for holidays. In front of the house there is a separate outdoor area equipped with table and chairs. There is a spacious playground on the back of the house. The owner lives during summer time on the ground floor. There is an utility room with washing room, iron etc with external access. Parking within the grounds.
