Casa Natya is located in the countryside south of Lucca and lies within short distance to Pisa. A very charming location which will be the right choice for those who wish to spend their holidays in plein air.
You will be able to take beautiful walks along the viaduct built by the local architect Lorenzo Nottolini or alternatively along the many country roads in the surroundings. Within a short drive you will also get to a lovely area called “Compitese”, which is known for its oil production and camellias cultivation; it is worth a visit.
Those who love art cities will have lots of possibilities: Lucca and Pisa are within short distance and both Firenze and Carrara are easily reached by train. Last but not least, the coast lies just 30 km away: here you may relax on the beach during the day and enjoy at nigh time in the restaurants and clubs.
Casa Natya is located inside a typical Tuscan court-yard and is part of a nice stone house (attached on one side to the owner’s house). Entrance on the ground floor: kitchen/dining room with stove/oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, SAT – TV, espresso coffee machine, dining table with chairs and two arm-chairs.
1 utility room with washing machine, basin and hanger. 1 bathroom with wc/bidet and shower.
Access to the 1st floor within a staircase: 1 bathroom with shower/bathtub, wc/bidet, 1 double bedroom with guard robe, chest of drawer’s and two night tables, 1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom with a big guard robe and window/door with view onto garden.
On the ground floor access to the back of the garden which is completely fenced and equipped with table, chairs, sun umbrella, deck-chairs and barbecue.
The house has been restored with great care: all the rooms have terracotta tiled floors and the walls are painted yellow. The house is very bright due to the fact that there many windows.
The owners will also supply the keys of the back door so that guests can enter the house from the back too, thus having the outmost privacy.
