Information about the Residence Aurant:
The vacation homes lay side by side below one joined roof, but are completely separated. All include their private entrances and patios. The homes incorporate a first, second and third floor (= one home). There is another apartment located in the basement that can be rented with the homes upon request to a high price. The size of each home amounts approx. 230 qm. As well on the first and on second floor are 24 qm large covered patios with ocean view. All patios are equipped with balcony furniture. Each home also owns its own large front yard (enclosed and lockable) with various flowers, bushes and old olive trees. The entire area is enclosed and can be reached via two driveways.
Approximately 50 qm from the house is a large, covered panorama patio (can be used by all guests) where you can enjoy the landscape, a view over the ocean or joined meals (barbeque!).
The first floor includes a living room (with 2 two-seating sofas, SAT-TV with cabinet, table and chairs) and a new kitchen (with large refrigerator, 4-plate stove, cabinets, table, fruit shelf, coffee maker and newly tiled), and a bathroom (with shower, mirror cabinet, closet, toilet and bidet).
The second floor incorporates three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms holds only one single bed (and bed site table, closet, chair and mirror) and can be used as a children’s room. The first bedroom has a double bed, 2 bed site tables (and lamps), mirror, sideboard, a chair and a closet. The second bedroom includes two single beds, two consoles (with lamps), closet and mirror. There are shutters in front of the bedroom windows. The patio is partly covered and is furnished. On this floor is the second bathroom with bathtub and a washing machine.
The third floor (attic) includes one large room with two single beds (identically equipped like the other bedrooms). Everything is very bright. There are curtains in front of the windows. The beds hold good and back-friendly mattresses.
The basement hosts an approx. 80 qm large separate apartment that can be rented in combination with the home.

The homes are below the street that combines Ascea with Pisciotta and guarantees quick access to shopping opportunities, the train station as well as to the ocean and to the medieval town Pisciotta, which can be measured with the structures of the Amalfi coast.
