A very pleasant holidayhouse, right on the bank of the river Lot, with private swimmingpool and large garden of 5000 m², just outside the village at the end of a little road leading to the river, close to Casseneuil and Sainte-Livrade-sur-Lot in the departement Lot-et-Garonne. The house has all the required comfort. There is also a small boat and a small jetty. Since a few years it is possible again to navigate on the river: old sluices have been restored. It is possible to join the Canal du Midi through the Baïse, and the canal next to the river Garonne. Carefull with small children! Hauterive, Casseneuil and Sainte-Livrade are nice little villages with shops and a weekly market. It is not far from Villeneuve-sur-Lot and other medieval villages like Le Temple-sur-Lot, Casseneuil and Pujols. Of course you can visit from this house the well known sites of the Dordogne.
