All our rental objects are located in the urbanization La Cumbre del Sol, in a very harmonic residential area of Benitachell, Alicante, on the Costa Blanca. The leaseholder must pay 50 % of the total amount of the rent to confirm the reservation. This will be forfeited in the event of no-show. The rest is payable 30 days before the arrival of the leaseholder. The bank costs are on charge of leaseholder.
During the high season the houses will be rented per week, and obligatory from Saturday to Saturday.

La caparra sará ritornata una volta controllato che non si ha causato nessun danno alla proprieta. In caso contrario si riterrá per abbonarla al propietario come indemnizzazione per danni causati.
L’entratanell’allogio si potrá fare entro le ore 16 e le ore 19 e l’uscita obbligatoriamente prima delle ore 10.
