Villa delle Rose
is an enchanting villa situated on the outskirts of Rome. It owes its name to the great rose garden located in a park that surrounds it. The architecture of the villa looks like that of an ancient Tuscan farmhouse of the Seventeenth century. the property has the use of two comfortable guesthouses.
A pool is situated in the wide garden with secular trees where you can gaze an amazing landscape: beginning from the sight of Rome your eyes can admire the Morlupo medieval village and the Abruzzo mountains.
Its proximity to Rome allows you both ,to enjoy the cultural attractions that the capital offers, both to avoid pollution, noise, traffic and confusion. Although the country is well connected to the city center by trains and buses, is recommended a means of transport especially if you want to discover the wide and interesting archaeological area nearby, or the natural parks of Veio and of Treia, or devote themselves to water sports in the near Bracciano’s lake.
The owners are always ready and willing to give you a hand to discover the beauty both natural and cultural of the place , in love with this valley which they have chosen as their home since more than
twenty years. They will be happy to share with guests their discoveries and their love for this land. Glicine (Wistaria) House is an apartment fully renovated at the beginning of 2000 and still preserving the characteristics and fascination of a nineteenth-century construction, such as the raftered ceiling, fireplace, etc.
Its 80 mq are well divided in a dinette kitchen, a spacious living room with fireplace and a comfortable double bedroom with private bathroom.
Not to forget the double access, one from the private garden and one from the panoramic terrace with an interesting wood-burning oven and garden furniture. The well kept interior decoration is in pure country style with its beautiful floral tapestry, the brass beds and a few minor antique furniture.Configuration

The area of Morlupo is one of the most beautiful countryside of north of Rome. The hilly landscape is always varied in all seasons grants the sight of space "indefinitely" admiring landscapes and colors of nature. In the immediate vicinity of the country there are natural reserves and parks. Among the most significant are cited:Park of Veio: 2 km from the country along the Via Flaminia., the park covers about 15,000 hectares comprising part of the territory of Morlupo. Inside are the archaeological remains of Etruscan town of Veio, The area of the park is of considerable interest from the point of view fauna. Mount Soratte: is 14 km from Morlupo, on the Flaminia north, in the town of Sant'Oreste. Mount Soratte (height 691 m.) stands alone among the hills of Tuscia Roman which is the top higherNatural Reserve of Tiber Farfa: is located about 20 km from Morlupo on the road Tiberina. The reserve covers an area of 700 hectares along the Tiber north of Rome. It arises in connection with a dam on the river (dam Enel) that, over time, led to the formation of a pond. The owners, along their staff, are at the guest’s disposal for solving any possible problem and to indicate the cities of art and the most interesting exhibitions to be visited, events and addresses of those must-visit enogastronomic places. The deposit s € 200 and final tidy up € 40. On request and with advance notice, is possible to have mid week tidy ups.

Highway Milan - Rome (A1) / exit Fiano Romano
Immediately after the payment of tolls (stay on the right), follow signs FIANO ROMANO.
After passing the Holiday Inn, we arrive at a roundabout where you turn left (towards Rome).
After 1.5 km you arrive at a crossroads: turn right following directions CAPENA-MORLUPO.
After passing Capena, before arriving in Morlupo, on the left, is reported STRADA S. LUCIA, where there is a big green gate: YOU ARE ARRIVED!
Grande Raccordo Anulare (G.R.A.) / exit Flaminia Dir. Terni:
Immediately after the Via Flaminia exit (Terni Direction), continue for about 18km until Morlupo.
Then turn right into Via San Michele and go straight for about 1 km, then turn left into Via di San Sebastiano.
Continue for 700 meters, then turn left and follow signs for CAPENA.
Continue for another 1.2 km and on the right, is reported STRADA S. LUCIA, where there is a big green gate: YOU ARE ARRIVED!
