Accès très facile via l'autoroute. A la réservation, un acompte de 50 % est demandé, le solde est à régler 2 mois avant la prise en location. Une garantie de 150 Euro par villa et par semaine est demandée afin de couvrir, les dégâts éventuels et la consommation d'électricité et de gaz facturés en fonction des index relevés. Le solde non-utilisé de la garantie est remboursé par banque au plus tard 4 semaines après la location. Un nettoyage est compris dans le prix de location et à votre arrivée la location sera impeccable: nous demandons cependant aux locataires de se comporter en ‘bon père de famille’ et de laisser à la fin de la location, les lieux dans un bon état de propreté. La piscine, entretenue régulièrement, n’est ni clôturée ni surveillée. Nous attirons l’attention des parents sur la vigilance indispensable à avoir avec les jeunes enfants en général à proximité d’une piscine. Les draps de lits sont fournis.
