The fully furnished holiday house "Casa Palmeira" is located in the village of Pontas Negras on teh south side of Pico.
Casa Palmeira is a modern house and has wonderful views of the Atlantic ocean and Santa Cruz harbour from the inside the house and from the terrace.
The house is divided into:
- Kitchen / Living area
- Shower room
The kitchen area is fully equipped with a gas hob and oven, extractor fan, sink, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, cupboards, cooking utensils, plates, cutlery etc. and work sufaces.
The living area has a table and seating for two people, a double bed, a radio/CD/cassette player, satellite TV and a wood burning stove for those cooler autumn evenings. There is also storage/wardrobe space.
The shower room comprises of a shower, washbasin and WC.
The house has tile floors and wood ceilings throughout with blinds at all windows facing the rising sun.
The property has a beautiful terraced area with an overhead shade and a BBQ.
The house has a floor area of approximately 40 square meters and can comfortably accommodate two people.
Access to the sauna and washing machine in "Casa Nili" can be arranged.
All bed linen and household towels are provided.
