This house is very close to Cascais centre, is very quiet and secluded. Just down the road is a new shopping centre that will provide for every need. Also within walking distance are the beach, train station, banks, chemist and market. Cascais is a lovely old town with all modern commodities and an ideal spot from which to travel around. Lisbon (30 minutes by train) is well worth a visit. Sintra, its palaces and museums just 20 km away. This area is a paradise for golfers (5 courses within 10 km) as well as surfers and windsurfers - and if you want to try your luck, Estoril Casino is just 3 km away! The villa is just across the garden from the owners house, but they are out at work all day, and spend most weekends away from their home, therefore privacy us very good. The house is set on two floors and a small basement. To the side there is a very secluded terrace with a table , chairs and a barbecue making it great for al fresco meals.
