Haus Davenna is located 6km north of Bludenz, in the heavily swiss-influenced Brand Valley. The walking possibilities are endless, but everybody makes their way at some stage to the renouned traditional cheese makers on the Rona alm.
Day trips to the Bodensee Lake, Liechtenstein, and the panoramic Muttersberg mountain are also popular.
For lazier days, the balcony and shared garden have fantastic views out over Bludenz, and you might wish to have a chat with the owner - a keen bee-keeper and schnapps distiller.
