Maria Alm is a cosy, picturesque, typical Austrian holiday village, 4 km. east of Saalfelden at a height of 800 m. It has many recreational facilities including a 18 hole golf course. This beautiful, spacious, detached house lies along the thoroughfare from Saalfelden to Maria Alm, only 800 m. from the cosy town centre of Maria Alm. The house (140 m²) is for sole occupancy, and covers the entire ground floor which also makes it suitable for people with a limited mobility. Good standard, attractive accommodation with lots of woodwork. The house is situated in sizeable grounds (bordering the road at the front side) and is enclosed by a beautiful row of conifers. There is also a small enclosed trout pond. You can ask the friendly owner if you may try and catch them for a barbecue. Please take into account that one of the bedrooms can only be accessed via the other bedroom.
