The house is ideally located, within walking distance (150 metres) of the lifts of the ski area Mlade Buky which is great for beginners and families. For more experienced skiers there are ample possibilities in the ski areas of Janske Lazne (6 km), Pec pod Snezkou (15 km) or Cerny Dul (10 km). There are many opportunities for langlauf too.
This luxury bungalow is quietly located on the river Upa in the village Mlade Buky near the city of Trutnov in the Czech Giant mountains (Krkonose). The house has been recently renovated and has a new bathroom and kitchen and central heating. All the rooms are located on the ground floor, and in the cellar there is a playroom with a darts board.
The dining room has an eating corner with a cabinet. There is a washing machine, ironing board and iron. The garage can be used for parking one car, and the drive offers room for 2 more cars. The present mountain bikes (3) may be hired and there is also a sleigh.
There are several restaurants nearby (3-4 km). There is also a small supermarket in the village itself. Facilities (pools, restaurants, cafés, bowling/squash, ice rink, cinema, doctor) can be found in the city of Trutnov at 5 km. Mlade Buky also boasts one of the best located golf courses in the Czech Republic with views on the Giant Mountains, and there is a fabulous ski area with several lifts too.
In the direct proximity there are numerous leisure activities such as walking, horse riding, cycling, golf, gliding, tourist flights and it is also perfect for nature lovers. There are lots of opportunities in the region for active water sports, visiting the many cultural historical cities, buildings and monuments, castles, forts and palaces - too much to list here!
