In the grounds there is a large garden with fruit trees, bananas, citrus fruits, papayas, mangos etc., a swimming pool, a solarium and a tennis court. The studio (approx. 30 m2) is on the first floor in the first house (2 apartments, 4 studios). It consists of a lounge with 2 single beds, a TV (Spanish programmes) and a fully equipped kitchenette. There is also a small balcony (5 m²) with a table and 2 chairs.
