This former farmhouse is in the village of Sellinghausen. It’s in a quiet street with no traffic. There are two apartments on the first floor. One is suitable for 5 people
(DE-57392-24), the other is suitable for 2 people (DE-57392-25). You can, if you wish, hire both apartments.
The house lies in total quiet and is within walking distance of an 18 hole golf course and the local ski lift, which are both in the village. The nearby surroundings have lovely walks in a delightfully varied landscape of woods, meadows and hills. You’ll find many traditional villages with beautiful half-timbered farmhouses.
In the apartment’s garden are a swing and climbing frame for the children.
You can use the garden furniture to enjoy the sun. You will also find good tourist centres nearby like Bad Fredeburg (7 km), Schmallenberg (15 km) and Winterberg (30 km)
When you want a good dinner the local hotel only 300m away. If you’re looking for a quiet home, long walks or to play some golf in Sauerland then this is the house for you.
