You will find this 200 year old farmhouse in the quiet village of Altenlotheim, less than 10km from the famous Edersee. The house lies near a gentle brook. You will enjoy sole occupancy. Ferienhaus Barbara is an interesting mix of traditional items, such as wooden beams and an open fireplace, and modern facilities such as a dishwasher and cooking ‘island’. It is very well suited to walkers as well as families with children.
For walkers there is the beautiful Kellerwald nature reserve which you enter by foot from Altenlotheim. For families with children it’s nice to know that there is no through traffic near the house. The children can enjoy the play equipment which is shared by the neighbours. There is a swing, table tennis, table football and children’s bikes. Pony and tractor rides can also be organised.
