It is a pretty villa within a residence,private garden with swimming pool also for childrens.
You can find a big car parking.
The residence is in the Garda countryside, olive trees and vineyards in a peaceful and silent COLA’ of LAZISE, part of LAZISE, 2 km. near GARDALAND fun park.
All types of shops are in the little town square, butcher, bakery, tobacco, restaurants, pizza, banks post office, grocers, ice cream shop and a big supermarket . This one is open on Sunday, also.
The villa has a private garden with patio and barbecue for open grills, tables and chairs, and a private enter.
Suggest for couples with children, old people, even disabled or young couples searching for intimacy, since the place is undisturbed all year round.
Pet animals are welcome.

1. Exit PESCHIERA DEL GARDA on A4 Milano - Venezia or :
2. Exit AFFI on Brennero route.
3. Reach GARDALAND playgrounds ,well indicated on road signs;the residence is just at 5 Km. from exit PESCHIERA DEL GARDA.
4. You will find GARDALAND main entrance on your left and parking on the right.
5. Continue straight and pass GARDALAND you will find in sequence:
• On the left AGIP filling station
• Start of PACENGO town sign
• On the left a church
• After the church a traffic light
6. Going always straight after the traffic light;on your left first
Camping LIDO and after Farm CA’ del SOL,
CAREFULL: you must turn to your right IN VIA GASCO
7. Continue straight on Via GASCO till you reach COLA’ DI LAZISE town sign
8. Continue straight till you reach a big oak tree,in the middle of a roundabout
9. Turn right in via Strada della Sabbionara.
