During the high season the houses will be rented per week, with a minimum of 2 weeks and obligatory from Saturday to Saturday. The leaseholder must also deposit a security of € 300 before he takes over the house. Cash, Euro cheque, cheque or the equivalent amount to pay this in another currency. The security is only returnable provided no damage has been caused to the house. In the event of damage, the security will be withheld and paid to the owner.
