Villa 'Moulin de Mioudre', Sainte Mondane (9319P1U1)
The benefical location of our warm tastefully decorated clean and homely villa, apart from the large private pool, offers a great mix of relaxation, convenience and privicy and is a great location just to unwind, relax and enjoy the views and sounds of the countryside or as a perfect base from which to visit and enjoy one of the many must see historic locations of Sarlat, Domme, La Roque Gageac, Benyac, Souillac, and Gourdon all being approx a 20 minute drive.
The Villa is deceptively large and has a beautifully finished well equipped country style family kitchen that offers direct access the 10m x 5m swimming pool with roman steps (great for non swimmers to sit and cool off) and the large terraces all of which offer wonderful views. On the terrace there is a gas BBQ, Patio Heater and reclining pool chairs and 2 sets of tables and chairs.
The 4 bedrooms have good quality thick high comfortable british made beds and matresses. 1 King bed (with en suite) 1 Double and 2 rooms each with 2 full size single beds 1 of which can take an extra bed/cot.
The main light dining room overlooking the valley has a large pine table and 8 chairs. In the Lounge a 3 piece comfortable suite, TV, DVD and CD player/uk satelitte and wood burner. The newly fitted family bathroom consists of sink, shower and toilet.
The House has oil fired central heating.
The local village(2.5 Km)offers great amenities of; Doctor/Dentist/Baker/Butcher/ small Supermarket/Post office/Pharmacy/Bank with cash machine/hairdresser/2 Tennis courts and a Restaurant. There is also a weekly market.
The river Dordogne is close by and offers Fishing and Canoeing seasonal but normally April to October subject river conditions)
The area is perfect for cycling and walking with ample specially erected cycle paths. Bikes may be hired locally.Configuration

Bed linen/personal and pool towels are all included in the rental price. The house is cleaned proir to each new arrival. The pool is cleaned once a week however we recommend a mid stay clean which can be arranged for an additional 25 Euro per clean. We can also arrange additional mid stay cleaning and a cook, for an additional charge and with prior notice. For late arrivals a welcome starter pack can be arranged, you choose the content we will arrange for the supplies to await your arrival. A minimum of 14 days notice is required for this service for which payment is required prior to arrival. ALL EXTRA SERVICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND AVAILABILITY AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
