Villa 'Finca El Drago', Tenerife/ Puerto La Cruz (Ref. 9428P1U2 - 9428P1) PUERTO DE LA CRUZ: Big “finca” near Puerto de la Cruz, with five houses to rent sharing a large pool and an enormous garden, a tennis court, and a sauna area. Daily cleaning service (except Sundays). Many space on the gardens, ping-pong table, BBQ if required, fresh eggs to sell. Puerto de la Cruz is a tourist family town near the sea with long avenues, beaches, big squares with open air and the entire local atmosphere. This finca is situated 40 metres from one of our recommended restaurants and 150 metres from other two restaurants. The houses are extremely ample and comfortable, each with terrace.

| | Other notes: | On floor 0 of 1 floor This 8,000 metre estate is one of the few examples left from a more splendid age which Tenerife knew when the Island was a paradise known only to a few Europeans. The 'finca' has outstanding views of Teide, the sea and the Oratava Valley. Its situation is excellent for travelling to other parts of the island as it is close to the motorway yet only a few minutes from the beach and the centre of Puerto de la Cruz. Close to the finca is to be found one of the best restaurants in the area. Although the origins of the finca dates to the XV1th century, the house itself dates back to the early XX th century. It is an elegant house with large rooms which have been carefully maintained. Mainly traditional furniture. The tropical gardens are a special feature with charming and secluded corners where one can relax with a book or merely admire the scenery. For the more energetic there are tennis court, a 12 x 7 metre swimming pool, ping-pong table and a sauna all set in lush vegetation with fruit trees.
