- Mandelieu, medium size town (population 18,000) is located on the west end of the "Alpes Maritimes" sea shores in a large bay naturally carved in the Esterel mountains that shield out the cool Mistral winds.
- An hypermarkt and mall half mile away from the downtown area and various typical "old style" shops, restaurants, necessary facilities and services (post office, banks, hair dressers, wineries, medical support, etc…) and sea and rivers sport activities, (fishing sailing and rawing), beaches, golf and tennis courses, pedestrian walks along the shores and the rivers banks make the area, one of the most comfortable and exiting of the French Riviera.
- In the immediate inland in the Esterel and Tanneron mountains, you will appreciate endless signposted walkpads for pedestrians, horse riders and cyclists.

The leasing periods extend from Saturday at 15:00 up to Saturday at 10:00, unless othewise agreed upon
