'podere San venanzo', San Venanzo (Ref. 9601P5) This property is located a few km from Todi, in a quite and panoramic position.
Surrounded by a big country with a beautiful swimming-pool where it is possible to appreciate the quite and relax of the country-side. It is also possible to have a long walking trough the woods and the cultivations (all with biological methods) still arrive in a beautiful valley with a limpid little torrent. And if you like to go around you can go to visit Todi and the others medieval Umbrian Village.
The farm-houses is restored with all typical Umbrian wood and stones, there are 5 apartments, three at the ground floor and 2 at the first floor. All the apartments are with indipendence entrance and indipendent heating and are all very large and comfortable. The apartments have good furniture inside and outside (chairs, table and long-chairs, all in wood, for garden). In the cooking area there are 4 electrical rings and electrical oven.
