The position of this house is so beautiful that it doesn’t astonish that the ex-mayor, during her period of office, decided to take a house up here, just beside the historic Torre Caldura which is closed to the public and has turned into a real birds' sanctuary.
The terrace in front of the house is overlooking the sea, letting you feel like just spreading out your wings as a bird and start to fly… But if so, you would have to leave this beautiful place… - which is not easy!!... You will see that yourself on the day of your departure!!...
The garden is almost leaning against the big rocks which give you the feeling of being protected and to live in the middle of nature. Under an olive tree there is a shady place to relax and to have your “siesta” time. The outside shower gives you the possibility to refresh yourself in the garden. A big sun shadow on the terrace just in front of the house allows you to keep cool whiles eating or just hanging around in front of the house or inside whiles enjoying the incredible view over the sea.
The view of the big blue lets you feel like jumping in the clear sea water? – No problem! – You can reach your own private beach nestled in a small cove just a few steps down.
The apartment was recently renovated, completely refurbished and is decorated with exquisite taste.
There is enough room to accommodate four persons comfortably in the apartment with one double-bedroom, a spacious bathroom with bath and shower, a nice kitchen with a dining table and a living room going out on the terrace where two bed sofas offer comfortable place to sit down or sleep with a fantastic sea view.
The terrace is the right spot to spend peaceful evenings in privacy enjoying the sea whispering at your feet while the sun is setting over the long-stretched Sicilian coastline. You can be your own chef at Villa Caldura sul Mare, but if you want to keep cooking to a minimum and get acquainted to our fantastic Sicilian cuisine, half-board is available on request at the Hotel Kalura just beside.
