The chalet is set out over 3 floors and comes fully furnished. The large living room has stunning panoramic views of the mountains and valley, balcony access, seating for 8, and is heated by a Barbas log fire. The kitchen offers dishwasher, fridge freezer, hob and microwave/oven. The dining area comfortably seats 8, with ample room for entertaining guests. In the basement, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer adjoins the garage, which has room for 1 large vehicle and all your ski equipment.
LOCATION
Chalet Almaz is located on a private road, which is regularly snow cleared. We believe the chalet is in the ideal location – only an 8 minute walk to the main lift station, and a 5 minute walk to the town centre, bustling with bars, shops and restaurants. It is, however, far enough from the crowds to enable you to relax in the beauty and serenity of the area, and enjoy the clear and exceptional views from one of the two balconies.
As a winter resort, Haute-Nendaz, in the heart of the 4 Valleys, offers over 410km of marked pistes. The Four Valleys Mt Fort pass allows you to explore 25 blue, 70 red and 5 black runs serviced by 18 gondolas, 32 chair lifts and 49 drag lifts, with direct access to Verbier.
Haute-Nendaz also holds its own in summer, with an extensive network of walking paths covering 250km, mountain biking trails, golf courses, and various summer events readily available.
Geneva Airport is easily accessible from most European airports. From Geneva Airport to Nendaz by road takes approx. 1hr 30 mins. Alternatively, the train from Geneva Airport takes 1hr 40 mins, arriving in Sion – a 15 minute drive to resort by taxi or bus. Zurich airport is also around 2hrs 45mins drive.
