Each one has a private garden bordering the garden of the villa and a private entrance. All together have direct access to the pool (fenced) and the covered terrace near the pool. Both units can be booked together and represent a good solution for two families wanting to spend their holiday together.
The place is known for it´s nice climate. The infrastracture is good and allows excursions to the sights of Tuscany as well as to the sea. The mediaval village Chianni offers all kind of facilities and the next shopping center is 10 km away in Capannoli. Volterra, Terriciola and S. Gimignano are in the neighbourhood.
 

Leccia was completely restored and furnished luxuriously recently. The cottage with private fenced garden is completely independent, bordering on the garden of the villa which is entered by a little gate. There is a direct access to the pool. In front of the entrance there is a covered terrace.The visitor enters the big living room with fireplace, from there on the left the kitchen and the double bedroom. The second bedrooms with bunk bed is divided from the living through an arch. From there he enters the bathroom (shower). A private road is leading to this part of the property.

This well furnished apartment is completely independently situated on two levels joined by a spiral staircase. The bedrooms and the bathroom are on the second floor and the big living-kitchen-room is on the ground floor. On both levels you have direct access to the garden, from the bedroom you step outside on a terrace with view of the pool and the valley, from the kitchen you enter an open gallery and step into the private garden area.
