The entrance of this quiet and spacious apartment opens up on a small foyer which leads, on the right, to an elegant and bright living room, furnished with 2 comfortable couch, TV , DVD player, ministereo and a dining table for 4 people and a nice cupboard. Right in front of the entrance door is a modern and fully equipped separate kitchen, complete with all necessities, including a dishwasher and a microwave oven, while on the left there is a spacoius double bedtroom, with a large closet.
From Linate airport: take bus 73 to San Babila stop then change over and take underground red line to Turro stop (ita takes 40 minutes).
To reache the city centre Duomo Square take underground red line and in 15 minutes you get there!

Parking not included in the price. | | Security deposit: | The security deposit of € 300 is required before you check in (payment only by credit card) and shall be returned to the Client within 48 hours from the termination of the contract. It is agreed that in the event of any damage caused by the Client to the property, we have the right to retain the deposit without prejudice to its rights to compensation for any other major damages. | | Property access times: | The service of check in check out from 9.00 am to 6.30 pm in our office from Monday to Friday.
€ 50 extra charge for arrivals between 6.30 pm and 11.30 pm, € 80 extra charge if arrival is later than 11.30pm. | | Cancellation policy: | In the case where a booking is cancelled before taking up occupancy, we will charge a penalty:
* Cancellation 3 days before arrival: 100% of entire amount

The apartment lease includes the use of the furniture, towels, bed and table linens, household appliances.
Unless expressly provided for by the written consent by our staff, animals of any species must not be brought by the Client into the Property. We reserve the right to terminate the contract in any moment and request compensation of any damages should the Client, failing to comply with this provision, bring any species of animal to the Property disturbing neighbours and / or causing damages to the furniture of the Property.
