The area, renowned for its green hills, is also close to the Autostrada del Sole (A1), with which you can reach, in no more than an hour and a half by car, all the famous centres of culture and art in Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio, like Florence, Siena, Spoleto, Arezzo and Rome.

The Villa is built on two floors.
On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, a breakfast room, the kitchen, a dining room with a barbecue, the master bedroom with shower and bath en suite and access to a shady eating and lounging area and the garden through patio doors from the dining room. On the upper floor there is a generous living room with fireplace and a terrace, a second bedroom with bathroom and a door to a covered balcony. There is also a double room with a bathroom with shower en suite.
The house is tastefully decorated and has some splendid antique furniture and valuable objects d’art. For the protection of the many fragile and valuable pieces, the owner requests that small children are supervised at all times by adults.
Domestic animals are not permitted. This beautiful Villa is to be found in the most Tuscan part of Tuscany, only 5km from Cetona and a little more than 3km from Sarteano.
