The villa accommodation is situated on three floors; on the lower ground floor you will find three bedrooms, two rooms with double beds and one room with two single beds. One large bathroom with bath and shower. The ground floor consist of an open plan kitchen/dining/living room leading onto two outside terraces where you will find a dining table and lounge set. The upper floor contains two large double bedrooms with a en-suite bathroom and a large private terrace. Outside you will find a wonderful garden with a large swimming pool (60m2), a trendy pool bar with professional fridge and lounge set with plenty of shade and sun lounges. The villa is 270m2 and also contains a large garage (20m2). The villa is equipped with a smarthouse security system.

Sisi beach is 1km and the village is 0.5km. The large famous Sun beach at Malia is a 3km. All beaches have sun beds/parasols, toliets, showers, first aid and restaurants and bars.

Travel
Heraklion airport is 40 km from the villa, it is about a 35 min taxi ride. All car hire can be arranged from the airport.

The Villa is situated 0.5km from Sisi which is a large fishing village with hotels, beaches, a harbour, restaurants, bars, pharmacy and supermarkets and 8km from Malia which is a large town. Heraklion is 40Km away.
Further details
There is a Minoan palace between Sisi and Malia which is still being excavated. The town of Agios Nickolaos is 40 km away and is a great place to visit the market and enjoy the harbour.
