Villa Zeus 190m2, is a verry attractive, well designed and comfortable villa where no expenses where spared, interior and exterior. It sleeps 6. The villa is situaded in a quiet villa area 0.5 km of the lovely fishingvillage Sisi, 3km from Malia and 40 km from Herklion airport. The accomadation is situaded on two floors. The ground floor consist of open plan kitchen/dining/living room leading to a beautifull terrace, large swimingpool, and outside dining/lounge area. All the furniture in and outside are from a verry high quality. The upper floor has 3 large bedrooms with all a bathroom en-suite.

To reserve the accommodation the client should complete a booking form enclosing a 50% deposit of the total price. The deposit will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation being made within 2 months, prior to the date of arrival, unless the accommodation can be re-let. Full payment must be received two months prior to the date of arrival along with a separate cheque of Euros 500 to be held as breakages and damage deposit, this will be returned after the Villa is checked for damages.
Air-Conditioning and Central Heating. A Cot and High Chair can be provided. Children and Adult non-swimmers to be supervised at all times near the pool. Please note the use of the pool is at your own risk. All outside areas are maintained to a high standard.
