Bathrooms: family bathroom on topfloor, consisting of bath/shower, seperate shower, toilet and double basin. Family bathroom on lower floor, consisting of shower, washbasin and toilet. Shower, wc and basin en-suite. Wc, basin livingroom, outside toilet and hand basin.
Kitchen: fully equiped kitchen with hob, oven, extractor hood, sink, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Full range of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery

Outside: the private garden has a large outside terrace with pool. The terrace is equipped with lounge table and chairs,sun lounges, parasols, stone bbq, large covered bar with fridge/sink and bar stools. The terrace and villa have electric outside lights. There is also an outside toilet, shower and washbasin.
Coast/beach: Milatos beach is 5 min drive, Sisi beach is 7 min drive. The large famous sun beach at Malia is 10 min drive. All beaches have sun beds/parasols, toilets, showers, first aid and bars.

Cleaning - towels - linen - maid service - bath - beachtowels are included. The villa has a washing machine an iron/ironing board. Cod and high chair are available. The villa is secured with alarm system.
Outside
Villa Triton's private Coast/Beach
Milatos beach is a 5 min drive, Sisi beach is 7 min drive. The large famous Sun beach at Malia is a 10 min drive. All beaches have sun beds/parasols, toliets, showers, first aid and restaurants and bars.

The terrace is equipped with lounge table and chairs, sun lounges, parasols, stone BBQ, large covered bar with fridge/sink and bar stools, the terrace and villa have electric outside lights. Heraklion airport is 40 km from the villa, it is about a 35 min taxi ride. All car hire can be arranged from the airport.Distances
The Villa is situated 3km from Milatos which is a small fishing village with supermarkets, resturants, bars and shops. Around 4km to Sisi which is a larger fishing village with hotels, beaches, a harbour, restaurants, bars, pharmacy and supermarkets and 8 from Malia which is a large town. Heraklion is 40Km away.
