Le Saphir is one of seven luxury villas located in a private property. The domain L'Oree de Bomal is situated on a south facing slope with a beautiful view of the Ourthe valley. It is located on the outskirts of the village of Bomal-sur-Ourthe (Durbuy), known for its big Sunday market but also for its beautiful environment that has something for everyone. Within walking distance you will find bakery / butcher / restaurants and public transport. In short, it is an ideal base for anyone who wants combine a sporty and relaxing stay.
This cottage offers sleeping accommodation to 8 people. On the ground floor is a living room with a wood stove for cozy evenings. The spacious modern kitchen is fully equipped with brand new devices.
On the first floor there are four bedrooms equipped with duvets and pillows (not for the baby bed). If you want to relax after an active day, you can enjoy a whirlpool, steam shower or sauna.
Furthermore, next to the living room there is a terrace with patio furniture and a BBQ where you can enjoy the tranquility and beautiful surroundings. On the domain there is also a petanque court where you can play while the children enjoy playing on the play equipment.
There is one baby bed and a highchair available. There is no carpet.
There are no pets allowed and to ensure everyone's comfort, the house is fully non-smoking.

Cleaning
The obligatory final cleaning fee is 70 € but there may be additional charges for any dirty dishes, cleaning kitchen appliances.
Accessibility
You can access the property from 17:00 on the day of arrival. You have to leave the property at the latest by 10:00 on the day of departure.

Guarantee
The deposit must be paid upon booking. The balance, final cleaning (70 €) and the guarantee should be paid at least 30 days before arrival, on one of the mentioned account numbers, . The guaranty is 480 €.
