HEATED SWIMMING POOL AVAILABLE!! Fantastic villa with attached apartment providing 5 bedrooms in total and sleeping 15 persons. Located just outside the gorgeous village of Comares, which has bars, restaurants, banks, shops a bakery and a chemist. The villa has 3 bedrooms in the main house, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. In the attached apartment there are a further 2 bedrooms, bathroom and living room/kitchen. Outside there is a private heated swimming pool, large BBQ and summer kitchen and many terraces with exceptional views of the surrounding countryside including orange and lemon trees and olive groves.
The large swimming pool can be heated for the winter months. Please ask about this.
The villa has stunning views from every room, of the surrounding mountains and countryside. Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of a rural location with the added bonus of bars, restaurants & shops only a few minutes drive away.
The open terrace, swimming pool & gardens enjoy all day sun & a spacious shady covered terrace is ideal for dining & relaxing day or night. Sundowners can go to the upper terrace & for total chillout, why not hook up on the hammock!
Arrivals are acceptable on anyday until 27 June 2014. From 28 June until 29 August 2014 all reservations must be on a saturday. From 2 - 29 August 2014 all reservations must be for a minimum of 2 weeks.
 
The villa is located 30 minutes drive to lovely beaches. You can also visit Granada, Seville, Cordoba and Ronda. The village of Comares has bars, shops and restaurants. The villa is within walking distance of a bar/restaurant. As you step into Comares you need time to pause and drink in the breathtaking views. From here you can survey the mules and goats being taken down the steep track that winds below the cliff. Comares, with narrow,cobbled streets,is steeped in history and can be traced back to the 3rd Century BC. Today there are bars, restaurants, banks & a small supermarket. The pace of life is slow and in keeping with the past. The village and surrounding fincas form a lively community. There are no souvenir shops but several bars, restaurants and a very attractive hotel converted from an olive mill with courtyards overlooking breathtaking views.
 
If you have any special requirements, please let us know as we can arrange almost anything. High chairs, travel cots and baby monitors are available free of charge.
Access: The access to the villa is by a short track and is very easy.
Plot: The plot is partly plant and has aprox. 10000 m² with parking for several cars.
Views: Amazing views to the mountains and to the sea. You also have views to the small hamlet of Los Ventorros.
Living space: The villa has 2 floors. There is a main house and an attached apartment.

USEFUL INFORMATION
Verhuring is mogelijk voor 1 week of langer. Uitgezonderd de maanden juli en augustus dan is er enkel verhuring voor minimaal 2 weken. De aankomsten zijn van zaterdag tot zaterdag voor de maanden juli en augustus. Tijdens de andere maanden kunt u op elke dag aankomen.
Linen
All Linen and towels are provided, however we ask clients to bring their own towels for the beach.
Pets
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.
Cleaning
The villa will be cleaned before your arrival and on your departure. We ask clients to leave the house as they find it however the final cleaning is included in the price.
Accessibility
Huurders kunnen de woning op de dag van aankomst betreden vanaf 14u30 en op de dag van vertek om 10u30. Indien u andere vereisten heeft, gelieve het ons dan te laten weten.
