Mas de Cotton was the home of the castle manager from the castle of Nicolay. (Classified as historical monument in Cavillargues). The farmhouse has belonged to the same family for more than 6 generations.

Mas de Cotton has a rich past in silk production and in the commerce between France and China. The property has been in the heart of the wine production as well as the fruit agriculture.

Land: About 1500 sm., surrounded by walls and grids, situated on the border of the village Cavillargues. (France)

House: 400 inhabitable square meters of stone construction completely renovated in Provençal style.

Cavillargues is a lovely little village in the Gard department, really peaceful and very well kept, with 800 inhabitants. It is an agricultural village, classified within the appellation of "Côtes du Rhône", which has developed polyculture both in the past as of today.
Mas de Cotton is situated 200 meters from the centre of Cavillargues.
