Het betreft een prachtige Bastide gelegen in de heuvels van het typische stadje Chateauneuf de Grasse. De typisch provençaalse sfeer is er volledig aanwezig. Deze bastide werd met typische materialen en zeer veel smaak ingericht. Het is werkelijk een zeer mooi, luxueus en gezellig interieur. De bastide omvat een hall met toilet en lavabo, een prachtige living met salon, open haard en heel mooie eetplaats. De keuken is typisch provençaals en zeer compleet ingericht. Op de verdieping zijn er 4 slaapkamers (1x1p, stapelbed, 2x1p, 1x2p). Er is een ruime douchekamer en een mooie badkamer met ligbad en aparte douche, toilet. Via vensterdeuren komt men op een zalig overdekt terras met barbecue, vanwaar men kan genieten van een prachtig zicht op de gezellige tuin, het privé zwembad (11x5m) en het Provençaalse landschap tot Cannes in de verte. This is a marvellous bastide situated in the hills of CHATEAUNEUF DE GRASSE, a small and typical village. The very Provençal atmosphere is omnipresent here. Typical materials were used in the construction of this house, that has been tastefully decorated. It is indeed a beautiful place, with its charming and luxurious interior. The bastide comprises an entrance hall with a toilet and sink, a beautiful living-room, fireplace and lovely dining-room. The kitchen is typically Provençal and is fully-equipped. On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms (1x1p, bunk-beds, 2x1p, 1x2p), a spacious shower-room and a beautiful bathroom (bathtub, separate shower, toilet). French windows lead to a pleasant covered terrace with a barbecue, from where the overwhelming view of the fabulous garden, the private swimming-pool (11x5m) and Provençal countryside right down to Cannes in the distance can be enjoyed.
