A farmhouse about 100 years old, Villa Santa Emilia is situated between San Miniato (c.10 km) and Palaia (c. 8 km). It is part of a skilfully renovated rural complex on an agricultural estate with vines and olives. The splendid, extensive grounds of 5,000 sq m are completely fenced. The area around the private 4x8 m swimming-pool built in the ground is shaded by ancient trees, while guests also enjoy the use of a covered terrace complete with a barbecue which was originally an old bread oven.
