Villa "Sant´Illuminato" in Bonsciano / Cittá Di Castello (Perugia, Umbrië)
This is an old stone farmhouse recently renovated respecting the original architectural features, preserving the typical old building materials and maintaining its original rural appearance. Sant'Illuminato lies at the top of a hill between two artificial lakes, in an uncontaminated area of Umbria about 18 kms from Città di Castello, which means that it is close to the border with Tuscany and is conveniently placed to reach interesting places such as Assisi, Perugia and Gubbio, which are some of the best-known towns in the area. The property, which is in a very panoramic position, is completely enclosed and goes as far as one of the artificial lakes which is part of the estate. Guests also have private use of a 6x12m swimming-pool at the rear of the house. The garden, with its barbecue and wood-burning oven, has been furnished with tables and chairs suitable for spending time relaxing outside.
